PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by molding a swelling section of sealing screen of a car door together with a sealing matrix integrally into a double film structure. SOLUTION: A reinforcing sheet member 2 is outer fitted and welded on the position of forming a swelling section 3 of a screen matrix 1 cut as one sheet and the swelling section 3 is molded integrally with the screen matrix 1. The reinforcing sheet member 2 is formed of a material same as that of the screen matrix 1 and cut slightly larger than the outer shape of an opening of a door inner panel and outer fitted on the position of forming the swelling section 3 of the screen matrix 1 and fixed thereon, and then a metal hot plate is brought into contact with the reinforcing sheet member and completely heated while being pressurized to be welded thereon. Peripheral edges 4 of the welded section of the swelling section 3 are cooled and set by applying a molding die on the reinforcing sheet member 2 just after being welded, and the skin matrix 1 as an inner wall is swollen integrally on the side of the reinforcing sheet member 2 by the vacuum molding. |
