PURPOSE: An inverter is provided to prevent a material transferred by a crane from shaking. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a remote control console(1) driving and commanding a crane, an inverter(2) preventing a crane from shaking an electromotor, an electromotor(3) transferring a cart which is driven by the inverter, and all kinds of sensors(4) such as a rope length sensor. The inverter has the dynamic model of the crane and conducts operation depending on algorithm for preventing the crane from shaking. Therefore, the inverter outputs a speed command and drives the electromotor transferring the cart by a power converting module(25).
