CONDUCTIVE FILM FOR GLASS SUBSTRATE AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTING RESISTANCE VALUE OF CONDUCTIVE FILM

PURPOSE: A conductive film for glass substrate and apparatus for detecting resistance value of conductive film is provided to remove wait time by detecting electro conductive film without stopping conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A holder(12) is installed to a road of a rising pneumatic cylinder(13). Four probes(11) are installed to the holder(12). Each probe(11) is descended by the rising pneumatic cylinder(13) and is contacted on a glass substrate(1). Each probe(11) transmits an existence of a conductive film and a signal to a resistance value of the conductive film. Signal lines are connected to each probe(11). An analog/digital converter(15) is connected to signal lines. A upper and lower limit value of the resistance value is previously set in the analog/digital converter(15). The analog/digital converter(15) compares an inputted resistance value with a reference value and outputs a signal according to the compared result. An output unit(16) is connected to the analog/digital converter(15) and outputs a signal according to the output signal of the analog/digital converter(15). A controller(17) is connected to the output unit(16) and selectively controls a driving of a motor of a delivery conveyer(4) according to the output signal of the output unit(16).
