YARN OF POLYAMIDE FILAMENT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyamide filament is provided to be used for a fiber for industrial material requiring the high heat resistance by having the small loss of the intensity and the elasticity in high temperature with the high intensity and the thermal dimensional stability. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide filament yarn, which is composed of a poly tetramethylene adipamide over 92mol% and has the 3-10deniers fineness, has: the tensile strength over 9.0g/d; the 20%-30% rupture fineness of fiber; the dry contraction under 3.0%; the non water shrinkage under 5.0%; the maintaining rate of intensity over 90% at 180°C; and the value of TASE @5% and the value of TASE @10% over 100% each at 180°C. The filament is produced by: producing an undrawn fiber by cooling and hardening an emitted yarn passed a heating hood of 50-200mm length with cooling wind formed with an inert gas of 5°C-15°C covering the length under 300mm after spinning at the spinning speed of 400-800m/min.; drawing over 4.5 times at the drawing temperature of 70-120°C; and thermally fixing at the temperature under 150°C during the drawing process.
