PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for flexible board capable of accurate positioning of flexible board using a simple structure and applicable to a multi- pin structure of fine pitch. SOLUTION: A rocking member 18 is swingably installed in such a way as borne by a pair of arm parts 10a arranged in a housing 10 and is furnished with a resilient member 20 to make resilient contact with a flexible board 12 in a specified swinging attitude to give it a pressure, and a gap is formed so that the flexible board 12 can be inserted between the rocking member 18 and the mounting surface of the housing 10 in other swinging attitude. The board 12 is provided with a small holes 12a, and a positioning pin 28 which is insertably installed into the housing 10 or its arm parts 10a, and the positioning of the board 12 relative to the housing 10 is established by inserting the pins 28 in the holes 12a of the board 12.
