PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inverter circuit with low current consumption. SOLUTION: The inverter circuit consists of PMOS-FETs 11, 13, 15 NMOS- FETs 12, 14, 16 and bias current sources 17, 18. Then the bias current sources 17, 18 suppress a current in a through-mode where the PMOS-FET 11 and the NMOS-FET 12 are simultaneously switched on, and number of fan-outs of an output is increased by a current mirror circuit consisting of the PMOS- FETs 13, 15 and a current mirror circuit consisting of the NMOS-FETs 14, 16.
