摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect the increase of image defects. SOLUTION: Image data are generated based on output signals from plural two dimensionally arrayed radiation detecting elements, an image defect is detected by a defect detecting part 50 and position of the image detect and detective information indicating defective number are stored in a defective information storage area 44a. A CPU 41 compares the defective number based on the previously set defective number and the defective number based on defective information which is stored in the defective information storage area 44a with the defective number based on defective information which is newly generated in the defect detecting part 50. When the defective number based on newly generated defective information is judged to be larger, an alarm is issued by an alarm output part 51. When the defect position is displayed by a display device 56, the increased defect position is displayed by marking. Besides, defective information of the defective information storage area 44a is updated so that the increase of image defect is surely detected.
