PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off the inside and outside of a joint water-tightly in a condition in which air permeability is kept and reduce the number of required parts by providing an annular collar peripherally at outer periphery of a tightening cylinder, forming an annular wall into a cylinder to be connected, and setting pressure-contact faces of the annular wall and the annular collar to a surface roughness that ensures the water-tightness and non-air-tightness. SOLUTION: When a flexible pipe consisting of a bellows pipe 91 and a covered pipe 95 is connected with a gas cock using a flexible pipe joint, the bellows pipe 91 is inserted into a tightening cylinder 2 after a male screw 10 of a cylinder 1 to be connected is screwed in a gas inlet part of the gas cock. When the tightening cylinder 2 is screwed in and tightened down to a final position in this condition, an annular rib 14 at outer periphery of an end part of the cylinder 1 to be connected comes into contact with a basic end part of an annular collar 231 overhanging up to outer periphery of a cylindrical part 23 of the tightening cylinder 2, and the annular collar 231 is curved. Consequently, the annular rib 14 is brought into pressure-contact with whole periphery of the annular collar 231 water-tightly and non-air-tightly. In this flexible pipe joint, a surface roughness of pressure-contact faces of the annular rib 14 and the annular collar 231 is set to such extent that keeps a water-tight condition and causes a minute leakage on inspection gas.
