摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a powder puff comprising: a step of mixing and stirring a constant amount of liquid phase latex and various additives in a mixer; a step of putting the stirred raw materials in a mold with a constant shape with a coagulant for foaming and foaming and forming ingredients by using a foam maker; a step of putting molded products extracted from the mold in a low temperature aging tank having a constant temperature for a constant time and low temperature-aging ingredients; a step of extracting molded products from the low temperature aging tank and cutting the same into a predetermined thickness; a step of putting molded products cut into a slice into a desired mold among molds having various shapes and applying pressure to produce products; a step of vulcanizing and drying products extracted from the mold for predetermined time through a drying vulcanizer having a predetermined temperature; and a step of extracting dried and vulcanized products. The present invention is able to sharply reduce time and costs according to the manufacture of the powder puff, is able to sharply reduce manufacturing costs of the products since production yield rate is very high, and is able to increase production yield rate since fraction defective of product is low, and color is not changed.
