PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device structure which is enhanced in mass productivity and where the underside of a printed board is electromagnetically shielded, by a method wherein a complicated assembly operation where soldering is employed can be dispensed with. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device is equipped with a printed board 13 mounted with electronic parts such as a piezoelectric part and others and a metal case 11 which surrounds a space besides the electronic part on the printed board 13, where the metal case 11 is formed like a box with an open bottom and an open side and opposed side walls 20 and 21 that are each provided with a slide guide 21a. Furthermore, the piezoelectric device is equipped with a slide support member 12 composed of a metal base 25 provided with the printed board 13 on its top side and mounted in the metal case 11 sliding in the slide guides 21a and an upright piece 26 provided at the outer edge of the metal base 25. Moreover, a stopper 23a is provided to the proper part of the metal case 11 to fasten the mounted slide support member 12 at a proper position so as to prevent it from falling off.
