PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable it to lock a holding cylinder for holding an insulator easily and firmly to a bracket body by a press fitting means as a bracket for an engine mount, and simultaneously to make a decrease in cost for this engine mount so as to be promotable, besides being excellent in durability. SOLUTION: As a bracket 1 for an engine mount holding an insulator 2 consisting of a rubber material, it is comprised of a holding cylinder 11 where a body rubber part 22 of this insulator 2 is press fitted thereto 11, and a nearly U-shaped bracket body 12 with two press fitting hole parts 13a and 13b to be press fitted with this holding cylinder, and each inner diameter of these fitting hole parts 13a and 13b is made to be different between the press fit tip side and the press fit start side, and further an inner diameter of the press fit tip side is somewhat made smaller than that of the hole part 13b at the press fit start side, whereby the tip side of the holding cylinder 11 to be diametrally contracted slightly by passing through after being press fitted in the hole part 13b at the press fit start side is also made so as to be firmly press fitting lockable. Then, the insulator 2 is press fitted in this holding cylinder 11 and thus the engine mount is assembled. |
