PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a means by which the rate of operation of a system at a certain time is maximized by a constitution, wherein an input/output function is provided, a storage function is provided, a communication function with each analyzer is provided and an information processing function which reads out internal information on each analyzer so as to be corrected and registered is provided. SOLUTION: Analytical units 20a to 20n, which analyze the component of a specimen such as blood or the like, a core unit 1 which controls respective analytical units 20a to 20n, communication networks 15, 16 and an auxiliary information processing unit 34 constitute an automated processing system, in which an auxiliary information processor is built. The auxiliary information processing unit 34 can give control instruction to the analytical unit 20n through the constituted communication network 16. By using it, internal information on the analytical unit 20n can be read out so as to be corrected and registered. Thereby, the failure restoration, maintenance operation or the like of the analytical unit 20n can be executed from the information processing unit 34.
