PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the contact of an electromagnet with an oscillator, to improve the durability and to reduce the manufacturing cost by providing a pair of electromagnets with cylindrical electromagnetic bobbins and electromagnetic cores fitted in the cylindrical openings, and forming a projecting part for controlling a gap, to an end part at an opposite surface side, of one of electromagnetic bobbins. SOLUTION: A pair of electromagnets 21, 25 arranged opposing to one another, respectively comprise the E-type electromagnetic cores 22, 26 and the electromagnetic bobbins 24, 28 capable of winding the electromagnetic coils 23, 27. The electromagnetic bobbins 24, 28 respectively have the cylindrical shape having the flange parts 24a, 28a on both ends, and assembled in a state that the central cores 22a, 26a of the E-type electromagnetic cores 22, 26 are respectively fitted in the cylindrical openings of the electromagnetic bobbins 24, 28. Further a projecting part for controlling a gap is provided to an end part at an opposite surface side, of at least one of the electromagnetic bobbins 24, 28, for keeping a gap between the opposing electromagnets 21, 25 constant at all times.
