摘要

FIELD: aviation; devices for change of aerodynamic characteristics by means of vortices. SUBSTANCE: proposed generator includes nacelle at high ratio of areas of passage cross-section and mid- section. Nacelle is provided with outlet device with diffuser, nozzle and twisting unit. Surface of diffuser is provided with guide members which are mounted over circumference of outlet section of diffuser for tangential deflection of air flow. EFFECT: absence of additional compressed air source due to operation of generator from incoming flow; minimum aerodynamic resistance. 3 cl, 2 dwg
