PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve SNR of an image without reducing the number of slicing positions obtainable during a given scanning time in the generation of a perfusion image obtained by a fast heart beating gate type MRI. SOLUTION: An NMR data for imaging the perfusion is obtained from a series of slicing positions using a heart beating gate type NMR pulse sequence. The data at respective slicing positions are obtained from a series of corresponding segments 202 for obtaining data subject to execution in an R-R section of respective heart beating cycles. The segments 202 for obtaining data is interleaved with selective RF saturation pulses 210-215 to adjust a spin magnetization uniformly at the respective slicing positions.
