PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a wide facing material onto a surface of a panel body without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: The fixing device fixes legs 2c projected from lower surfaces of flat bases 2a at fasteners 2 made of a synthetic resin to a panel body 1 by driving, then holds a facing material 3 by ultrasonic welding horns 10 at positions of protrusions 2b formed integrally with the surfaces of the bases 2a, and gives ultrasonic vibration. Thus, the protrusions 2b are adhesively fixed to the material 3 by ultrasonic welding.
