PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a clip to be inserted smoothly into a matter to be held by defining a vertical space between the apex of a ball part set on the vertical inner surface of the clip and the lower end of a joint wall part. SOLUTION: A ball part 4 has two substantially half-moon-like sheets of holding wall parts 41 being disposed in parallel at distances in the axial direction, and a joint wall part 42 adjacently set between the mutual parts of the holding wall parts 41. A radial space S is defined between the apex of the ball part 4 and the lower end of the lock wall part 42. The apex of the lock wall parts 42 is a plane in parallel with the axis. An axial sliding hole 22 is made on the side wall of a shaft sleeve 2 facing the inner surface of the clip 21, and a joint projection 3 projects outward from the sliding hole 22. When the clip 21 is inserted in the matter to be held, the matter to be held and lock wall part 42 are avoided from being contacted with each other by the space S, so that an end periphery of the matter to be held can passes through a lower end of the ball part 4, resulting in a smooth insertion of the clip 21. |
