PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an implant of a structure which is porous or has texture by using precision powder injection molding. SOLUTION: Implant parts suitable for bone joining or substitution are molded from feedstock including a soluble main binder 10', a framework binder 10' and structural powder C'. The feedstock is injection molded to form a compact or preform and, thereafter, the main binder 10' is removed from an unsintered article. The structure having the internal open cells or the texture is thus formed but the framework binder is made to remain until the compact is sintered.
