PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable functioning of even a substance by no means affecting a human body as contrast medium with temperature as parameter by injecting a substance different in temperature from body heat into a blood vessel as contrast medium for the measurement of a temperature distribution image to obtain blood stream information within an area from a temperature distribution generated from a temperature difference between the body heat and the contrast medium. SOLUTION: Firstly, when physiological saline with the temperature T3 is injected into a blood vessel 12, the temperature T2 of a blood stream in the blood vessel varies with the inflow of the physiological saline and hence, a temperature differenceΔt is generated between the temperature of the blood stream and the temperature T1 of the surrounding tissue. A phase difference is generated between NMR signals detected from a tissue having a temperature differenceΔt. A phase difference is also produced between NMR signals generated between a fluid part and a static part depending on the velocity and a phase change in the NMR signal generated from the blood in the blood vessel 12 gives an added value. To remove the phase change pertaining to the velocity, a read inclined magnetic field is applied with the polarity thereof inverted. This cancels the phase change to let a measured signal contain information alone on the phase change pertaining to a temperature difference.
