<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix ankles and the upper half part of an exciser's body easily and, to easily and subtlety adjust an operation to move a foot restraining tool forward and backward with a hand of the exerciser lying on the back. SOLUTION: A body extender is constituted such that a moving frame 9 is mounted free to move forward and backward on a bench 5, a foot restraining tool 6 which fixes feet of a user on exerciser is provided in a top end of the moving frame 9, the moving frame 9 is connected to a driving system 11 which moves longitudinally forward and backward, the exciser operates the driving system 11 so as to protrude the foot restraining tool 6 from a base side of the bench 5.</p> |
