<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle waste as a powdery material for construction materials such as a good pavement material, block, plantation and the like by compounding lime as a binder to each of inorganic and organic powdery wastes, adding water and kneading the compound to mold it in an arbitrary shape to burn and crush after cooling. SOLUTION: A road is constituted of a subgrade 1, a roadbed 2 formed of crushed stone or the like, an asphalt pavement 3 executed thereon and a powdery material 4 for construction material executed thereon. The powdery material 4 for construction material is produced by compounding lime as a binder to each of organic and inorganic wastes, adding water and kneading them, forming them into an arbitrary shape and burring formed product and cooling and crushing the formed product. Burning temperature is set within a range of 800-1300 deg.C, burning time is set within a range of 1-3 hours, water absorption rate is set within a range of 3-7%, and addition amount of lime is set within a range of 5-25 wt.%. By this method, the waste can be recycled as a construction material.</p> |
