PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early discover a resin leakage upon injection filling without influence of a sudden change and to avoid stopping of a machine at an unstable injection pressure at an initial time by comparing injection pressure values of one shots of a plurality of units, and comparing a mean value of its maximum pressure values with a numeric value up to previous time or a present value. SOLUTION: A die of a mold clamper upon starting of a production of a molding is started to inject a plasticized resin for one shot from an injection unit. It injection pressure value P of the first one shot is read. The read value is compared whether it is larger or smaller than the maximum pressure value Max at each time, and the large value is retained. Finally, the retained values are stored as a maximum pressure value Pp, the values are adopted in number of settings from the start to stabilization of the injection pressure, and its mean value is calculated. If the value Pp after sampling is completed is an allowable pressure value Ps or above the injection is automatically continued as usual, or if the value Pp is the value Ps or below, it is decided a resin leakage. Thus an unnecessary stop of the machine caused by a fault due to a resin leakage or insufficient filling amount or an unstable injection pressure after the start can be avoided.
