PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a homogeneous resin by a process in which the second resin material melted from a subordinate cylinder made to communicate with a main cylinder, after being combined with the first molten resin material, is further kneaded with heating. SOLUTION: An extruder 11 is composed of a main kneading part 12 and a subordinate kneading part 13, the first resin material is charged into the main cylinder 17 of the main kneading part 12, kneaded with heating by the first screw 20, and melted while being sent forward. The second resin material is charged into a subordinate cylinder 32, kneaded with heating by the second screw 37, and melted while being sent forward. The second resin material melted from the subordinate cylinder made to communicate with the main cylinder 17 is combined with the molten first resin material and kneaded further with heating.
