PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain train operation information in the other railraod section without increasing a load of a central device so as to improve the service in an integrated train operation management system. SOLUTION: Information servers 9, 10 are connected with an operation management network 1 in which station controllers 3 to 5 in the same railroad section are connected and an operation management network 2 in which station controllers 6 to 8 are connected, respectively, to hold train operation information at each station in a railroad section. The servers are connected by an exclusive line 11, and train operation information in a railroad section and a mating railroad section is exchanged mutually and is stored in common memories 21, 22 so that one information server holds train operation information in all railroad sections and at all stations. Since the transmission and reception of data to the servers 9, 10 and the demand and the answer of train operation information at an arbitrary station without passing through a central network 12 in which control information flows become possible, it is possible to realize the service for train operation information in the other railroad section easily while maintaining autonomous diffusion control of an operation management device per railroad section unit.
