PURPOSE: A surround speaker device is provided to be used as an AC-3 type speaker or a THX type speaker by mounting a pair of speakers to be pivotal and vertical displaceable by corresponding rotation bars. CONSTITUTION: The first speaker(10) has a tweeter(12) for high voice band and a woofer(14) for low voice band. The second speaker(10) has a tweeter for high voice band and a woofer for low voice band. The first and second speakers(10,20) have contact surfaces corresponding to each other. A pair of rotation bars have a length at least two times of the longitudinal length of the speakers. The rotation bars have height adjusting holes(32a,32b) and are coupled for horizontal pivot and vertical displacement of the speakers(10,20). Brackets fix ends of the rotation bars parallel from each other with a distance to mount the speakers(10,20) to a place such as a wall. The brackets connect the contact surfaces of the speakers with each other.
