PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing thermoplastic polyurethane resin which has uniform concave surface when extruded and shaped by mixing ester polyol with ether polyol. CONSTITUTION: In the process of manufacturing thermoplastic polyurethane resin using polyols, dihydroxyl chain extender, and an organic diisocyanate, the polyols having an average molecular weight of 500-5,000 and functional value of 1.8-2.2 are used. And the polyols include ester polyol and ether polyol which are mixed in a molar ratio of 1:1.5. 2-15wt.% of 1,4-butanediol, as dihydroxyl chain extender having below 200 of molecular weight, is added. 20-40wt.% of 4',4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate as an organic diisocyanate is also mixed.
