PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce residual stress in a jointing part so as to improve reliability in a long-term operation by specifying a difference of a mean thermal expansion coefficient between a ceramic pipe and a joint fitting surrounding the jointing part and forming a jointing layer made of a jointing material and provided with a specific thickness between the ceramic pipe and the joint fitting. SOLUTION: A jointing layer 24 is formed when a clearance between the outside faces of a plurality of ceramic pipes 20, 22 and a radial inside face of a cylindrical joint fitting 26 is filled with a jointing material. In this process, for improving long-term reliability of the respective ceramic pipes 20, 22, a thickness (t) of the jointing layer 24 is set to be 15% or less of those of the respective ceramic pipes 20, 22. A difference of a mean thermal expansion coefficient between the respective ceramic pipes 20, 22 and the joint fitting 26 within a temperature range of 25-1000 deg.C is set to be 2×10-7/ deg.C or less, so that residual distortion generated in the jointing part is lowered below 50×10-6. In this way, residual stress in the jointing part is lowered to improve its reliability for a long time.
