The device is used for dust-free dumping of loose materials. Unique characteristics: The dumping device is fixed with bolts (2) to the silo flange (1). The device consists of the external retaining ring (3) and the shaped flange ring (4). The inside of the latter is equipped with elastic rings (5), that seal the connection between the fixed rings (3 and 4) and the mobile dumping stub connector (6), equipped at its bottom part with an external stopper ring (7) and an elastic sealing ring (8). Inside, the stub connector (6) goes through the bottom ring (11) with openings (12), fixed to the venting pipe (10). The top of the latter is equipped with two metal rings (13 and 14), that hold the elastic ring (15) between them. The internal bottom part of the venting pipe (10) is equipped with two permanently-fixed slanting barriers (16 and 17). |
