PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembly of plural circuit boards including those for drive section control and video signal processing and the regulation and repair of circuit members. SOLUTION: This endoscope device is provided with a case body 17 which functions as a case for shielding electric noise and the first and second circuit boards 23, 26 for video signals on the case body 17 side in a connector section of the endoscope provided with a cap 18. The third circuit board 28 for drive section regulation packaged with circuits for driving a moving lens is mounted at the cap 18. The cap 18 is provided with small holes 32 allowing the regulation of volume controls, etc., for drive regulation. An engaging hole 35 to hold the cap 18 by engaging with for example, a hook-shaped detaining member disposed at the connector part is formed at the cap.
