PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any noise from being produced upon air being exhausted from an interior of an apparatus to the outside. SOLUTION: An electronic oven includes a plurality of louvers 20 along an exhaust hole 2. Each louver 20 has an acute angle with respect to a horizontal direction in order to exhaust air upward from the exhaust hole 2. A cover 7 when in an open state is positioned outside an air passage for air exhausted through the exhaust hole 2. To be concrete, the cover 7 when brought into an open state is located below the exhaust hole 2, and thereupon is positioned on an extension line connecting two points A, B on the louver 20 located on a lowest portion of the exhaust hole 2 and positioned downward a line considered to be a lowest portion of the air passage.
