Continuous yarn twisting-winding and/or skeining machine which machine has in its front part a series of feeds of yarn each of which supplies yarn to other twisting devices between two fixed points each located close to the feed, each device comprising a block or open quadrangular frame, provided in the lower part of the front with an orifice or drill hole through which the ends run in a horizontal position towards the twisting point consisting in a needle or vertical rotating wire round which they make a turn, the ends rising vertically as far as a transverse spindle which rotates at the same speed as the needle and on which spindle the ends are split, producing a turn of the yarn in the vertical position and thus the first positive and irreversible twisting turn; on leaving the device the twisted yarn is wound by means of a rotary element with external yarn feed into cylindrical or conical windings or into skeins. <IMAGE>
