PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog switch complementarily uses a n-channel MIS transistor and a p-channel MIS transistor, wherein a good strain characteristic can be realized with effective cancelation of the coupling noise. SOLUTION: A gate length Ln and a gate width Wn of an n-channel MOS transistor Q1 and a gate length Lp and a gate width Wp of a p-channel MOS transistor Q2 are set, so that the n-channel MOS transistor Q1 and the p-channel MOS transistor Q2 have mutually approximately equal coupling capacitances and mutually approximately equal impedances. More specifiecally Ln, Wn, Lp and Wp are set so as to satisfy the relatoin√2×Lp<=Ln<=2×Lp, (1/√2)×Wp<=Wn<=Wp, and moreover (Ln/Wn):(Lp/Wp) becomes nearly 2:1.
