摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, to reduce places for working with high accuracy, and to facilitate the formation of manifolds and a gas shield by forming a third manifold for flowing fuel gas or air in a place positioned between a first manifold and a second manifold. SOLUTION: A first manifold 12c and a second manifold 14c are formed along the lengthwise direction of a manifold member 11c. The part defecting the side joined to the edge part of a cell is arranged between both manifolds 12c, 14c so that a third manifold 20c is formed by joining with the cell. The recessed parts 16c, 17c dug down to the depth corresponding to the thickness of the cell are formed in a place for housing/joining the edge part having an inlet and an outlet of a gas passage in the manifold member 11c. The recessed parts 16c, 17c are gradually expanded in a width to the side joined to the cell from the first/second manifolds 12c, 14c while holding the depth.
