PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of progressive ratchet deformation in the bellows of a positive tube even if rise and fall of battery temperature are repeated, and prevent the generation of peeling off in the joining part of a positive flange to an insulating ring caused by axial force. SOLUTION: A bellows 6 is made of a thin plate of a high-strength material so as not to produce macroscopic yield even by thermal constraint deformation, a reinforcing material is joined to the bottom surface of a positive electrode flange 7, and bending rigidity in this part is increased so as to make bending elastic deformation to the axial force. A battery keeps dimensional stability even if rise and fall of the battery temperature are repeated, and damage to the joining part or the bellows can be prevented.
