PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a formed product of rice, good in taste and palate feeling and firm, and also provide a method for producing the same, and to obtain a seasoning for cooking the same. SOLUTION: This formed product of rice is obtained by solidifying, under heating, rice incorporated with a mixture of gliadin, glutenin or gluten and albumen, and formed into a given shape, or solidifying, also under heating, rice formed into a given shape, after a reinforcing dough made of a mixture of gliadin, glutenin or gluten and albumen is extended over one side, both sides or all sides of the formed rice. The seasoning for cooking the formed rice is prepared by mixing gliadin, glutenin or gluten with albumen. |
