PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smoker to smoke tobacco without worry about a nonsmoker in a car by arranging a smoke exhaust pipe for sucking and exhausting smoke in the air in the car, and connecting the smoke exhaust pipe to the intake pipe part of an engine of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The opening part of a smoke exhaust pipe 1 is arranged above a front seat in a car, bellows are installed downward on the opening end, and piping is arranged so as to turn to an engine room. A checking opening/closing valve for preventing a backward movement of air is arranged in the middle of the smoke exhaust pipe 1 to be closely penetrated into the engine room 28 from the inside of a car, and a motor-driven air blower 2 and the filter part 3 for adsorbing smoke of tobacco are arranged on the engine side. The engine side of the filter part 3 is installed on the engine side of an outside air side air cleaner 21 of an intake pipe 29 of an engine. Since smoke coming out of tobacco and smoke coming out of a mouth of a smoking person can be exhausted outdoors, a nonsmoker does not inhale smoke and feel a pain by a strong smell of the smoke.
