摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the number of optical systems to half and the capacity of a storage device, by fetching the sight information of two objects to one set of an image pickup device and calculating each compensation amount of X, Y and O, so that the relative position of the two objects can be compensated. CONSTITUTION:The image of two sights of works 10 and 11 is formed on one set of an image pickup device with a path as shown in the dotted-line arrow with mirrors 3 and 4 and a prism 5 of an optical device 2. This image is fetched to the device 6 and a video signal outputted from the device 6 is sequentially converted into a digital signal at an A/D converter 7 and stored in a storage device 8. The information is operated, compared and recognized at a central processing unit 13 to obtain the amount of compensation, which is given to a table driving device 9, and the correction of position is made by shifting a table 1 toward an arbotrary direction. Thus, the number of optical systems such as the image pickup device can be reduced to half and the capacity of the storage device can also be reduced to half.
