The coupling (1) is adjustable so that the frame rods can be coupled together at a chosen angle. Independent claims are also included for: (a) the two parts used to form the coupling; (b) furniture frames comprising at least three couplings and at least three rods; (c) a furniture items containing these frames; and (d) fittings (15) assembled from these couplings.
