PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing intraoral rapid soluble solids, e.g. tablets or the like, which can readily be given to aged people or little children having a low swallowing ability and also to adults without water. SOLUTION: This method is carried out by kneading the composition comprising erythritol under pressure so as to moderately include water content (preferably kneading by the use of a twin-screw extruder so as to include an ethanolic aqueous solution in a proportion of 5-20 wt.% based on the solid content of the composition) followed by molding and drying the resultant molded product under reduced pressure. |
