PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conveyance belt from shifting on one side in a document feeding device. SOLUTION: This document supply and discharge device 10 conveys a document by a belt 64 stretched and provided between a pair of rollers 63 and 64 provided in a frame 11, is provided with a pair of regulation guides 21 which oppose to fringes 64b on both sides of the belt and regulate the belt from leaning on one side on the frame close to the roller on one side among a pair of rollers by molding them integrally, and is provided with a pair of flanges 84 which oppose to fringes on both sides of the belt to regulate shifting on one side of the belt in both end parts of the roller on the other side.
