<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting liquid silicone rubber composition having high engine oil resistance. SOLUTION: This thermosetting liquid silicone rubber composition comprises (A) 35 to 65 wt.% of the first vinyl group containing polyorganosiloxane essentially excluding ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon groups bonding to the non-terminal silicone atoms; (B) 2 to 30 wt.%, based on the sum of the component (A) and (B), of the second vinyl group having polyorganosiloxane including vinyl groups bonded to 1 to 5 mol % of the non-terminal silicone atoms; (C) a cross-linking agent for organohydrogensiloxane resin; (D) a sufficient amount of platinum group metal hydrosilylation catalyst to promote the curing at ambient temperature to 250 deg.C; (E) 10 to 60 wt.% of the composition of the silica filler for reinforcement; and (F) 2 to 15 wt.% of an alkaline earth metal oxide acid acceptor or an alkali metal oxide acid acceptor.</p> |
