PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enough measuring precision without moving a lead wire drawn out from a load transducer. SOLUTION: A fluid pressure cylinder device is constructed such that a piston rod 13 connected to a piston 12 which slides within a cylinder tube 11 pierces a rod cover 14 connected to one end of the cylinder tube 11 and protrudes outward. The rod cover 14 is provided unifidely with an attaching part 27 for attaching the fluid pressure cylinder device to an outside flame FM, and a load transduction part for detecting load in an axial direction, which is applied to between the attaching part 27 and the connecting part of the cylinder tube 11, and transducing it into an electric signal.
