PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and to simplify control logic for preventing a front glass from blurring by placing a damper for a defrosting blow port in a closed condition after stopping the engine of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A CPU of a control device detects an ignition switch on/off (S1) by a level signal of an ignition system power source given to a port IG-IN. The latest opening data of a damper for a defrosting blow port is converted in current carrying time T to a servomotor till obtaining a closed condition from a position thereof, to be stored in a memory (S4), when the damper for defrosting blow port is driven (S3; Y) at ordinary air conditioning operation time (S2). The damper for defrosting blow port is placed in a closed condition (S6) by carrying a current in the servomotor only for the time T stored in the memory, in the case of opening the damper for defrosting blow port (S5; Y) when the ignition switch is turned off (S1; No).
