PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molded material in a hollow section shape, formed of a kneaded substance of synthetic resin and fibers as a raw material, substituted for resin for a vertical floor joist for a vehicle to realize recycle of an automobile part, contribute to an environmental problem due to deforestation and exhaust of South sea wood, and reduce weight and a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The hollow part a vertical floor joist material 1 is divided into hollow parts 2 and 4 by an extrusion-molded reinforcing rib 3. A recessed part 5 constitutes a rivet escape to avoid a rivet head protruded to a position above a chassis frame. A notch 7 is extended through the lower part of the vertical floor joist material 1 in an axial right angle direction and formed in a level lower than that of the under surface of the rib 3. The notch 7 has a work space to fasten a bolt to fasten and couple the horizontal floor joist material. A through bolt hole 6 is formed in the vertical floor joist material 1 and serves to be fastened and joined with the horizontal floor joist material. The under surface of the reinforcing rib 3 forms a bolt or the seat surface of a nut to fasten and join the under surface of the reinforcing rib 3 against and to the horizontal floor joist material.
