PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the folding of legs and merchandise characteristics by constituting a long direction in two long and short sections independently having head surfaces and frame of rigid bodies and swivelably connecting these sections by hinge mechanisms and swiveling the short section to downward to turn over and housing and holding the same in superposition on the lower side of the long section. SOLUTION: This upper part of a front part 1 having a foldable leg 13 and a supporting rod 14 in the lower part is composed of the surface material and the framework 11 of the rigid body. In addition, the upper part of the middle part 2 having two pairs of fixing legs wider in the width on the inner side than the width in the upper part of the front part 1 in the lower part is similarly composed of the surface material and the framework 21 of the rigid body and the length thereof is made slightly longer than the length of the front part 1. Further, the rear part 3 is also provided with the foldable leg 33 and the supporting rod 34 and the upper part is composed of the surface material and the framework 31 of the rigid body. The front part 1 and the middle part 2 are connected by means of a hinge 12 to downward and the middle part 2 and the rear part 3 by means of four links 23, upwardly turnably about 180 deg., by which the front part 1 is hung dangling in midair and is housed and held in superposition on the lower side of the middle part 2.
