PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compact the device and facilitate mounting, by providing a support body with pipes inserted into each other in a telescope type and by causing an adjusting device to perform a selective and mutual drawing motion (expanding motion) of the pipes and perform a inserting motion (shrinking motion) of them. SOLUTION: A cleaning nozzle 6 is placed in a nozzle member 10, and the nozzle member 10 is fixed on a support body 11. The support body 11 has two slidable pipes 12, 13 that can be inserted into each other in a telescope type. A deduction gear transmission device 21 is engaged with a rack 15 of the outside pipe 12. Thus, the outside pipe 12 is capable of moving with the cleaning nozzle 6. Because a seal ring 24 arranged on a pin 23 is positioned outside of the inside pipe 13, cleaning liquid can reach the cleaning nozzle 6 from a connecting sleeve 16.
