PURPOSE: A device for preventing the isolation of fuel supply is provided to prevent the stop of an engine by cutting the supply of engine with the leaning of fuel by supplying fuel inside a reservoir tank with a supplying device of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises of: a reservoir tank(20) installed inside the upper part of a fuel tank(10), penetrated a supplying pipe(12) and installed a returning pipe from an engine; and a device for supplying fuel(30) equipped a steel ball(39) to drain the fuel inside the reservoir tank(20) to a supplying passage(33) by opening a penetrating slot(36) when the fuel tank(10) is inclined. When the fuel inside the fuel tank(10) is not supplied into the supplying pipe(12) by inclining the fuel tank(10) with the traveling on an inclined road, the stop of engine by isolating the fuel supply to the engine with the inclination of the fuel tank(10) is prevented by supplying the fuel inside the reservoir tank(20) into the engine during inclining the fuel tank(10) by opening a flowing valve(38) with the steel ball(39).
