PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter integration structure for smokeless roasters that can prevent leaks and the like even about detachably mounted filters of a higher ventilation resistance. SOLUTION: The interior of a smoke moderation box 19 and the exterior of a smoke moderation unit 21 are shaped into a trapezoid whose shorter parallel side is set at the back. The smoke moderation unit 21 has, on its surface put in contact with the smoke moderation box 19, compressible airtight materials 44, 44a, 44b and 44c, which ensure airtightness when compressed between the smoke moderation box 19 and the smoke moderation unit 21 that is installed therein.
