PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a phase change optical disk for recording and erasing at the multi-speed. SOLUTION: In a phase variation optical recording medium formed of a base, a first heat-resistant layer, a recording layer, a second heat-resistant layer, a reactive radiation layer and ultraviolet setting resin laminated all together in the above order, the recording layer is 0<α<=6, 3<=β<=15, 50<=γ<=65, 20<=δ<=35, 0<=ε<=10, α+β+γ+δ+ε=100 in the setting of Agα Inβ Sbγ TeδN/Oε, and at least the thermal conductivity of one layer of the reactive radiation layers is 0.5-2.0 W/cm.K.
