The use of a composition comprising an antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof specific for one or more epitopes of a fungal stress protein and an antifungal agent comprising at least one of the group consisting of a polyene antifungal agent and an echinocandin antiftngal agent in a method of manufacture of a medicarnent for the treatment of fungal infections, wherein the fungus causing said fingal infection is resistant to said antifungal agent per se.
